Who We Are

The Confederation of Amalgamated Private Sector Workers Union (CAPSWU) is dedicated to protecting and advancing the rights of workers across Botswana's private sector. We unite workers from retail, agriculture, tourism, government, and other private sector industries to advocate for fair wages, safe working conditions, and dignity in the workplace.
